The <fo:layout-master-set> object holds all masters used in a document.
<fo:layout-master-set>对象了所有在文档中使用的宿主。

Note: <fo:root> is the parent of <fo:layout-master-set>.
注意：<fo:root>是<fo:layout-master-set>的父类。

Note: The master-name of each child of the <fo:layout-master-set> must be unique within the document.
