The <channel> element describes the RSS feed, and has three required child elements:
<channel>元素的作用是：描述RSS频道。它包含下列三个必要子元素：

• <title> - Defines the title of the channel (e.g. W3pop Home Page)
  <title> - 定义一个频道的标题（如：W3pop 首页）
• <link> - Defines the hyperlink to the channel (e.g. http://www.w3pop.com)
  <link> - 定义频道的超链接（例如：http://www.w3pop.com）
• <description> - Describes the channel (e.g. Free web building tutorials)
  <description> - 描述频道（例如：免费建站教程）
